Nov.5-11 Veterans' Week
The students will be creating a Pledge for Peace and using resources from Veterans Affairs Canada to learn about the sacrifices many have made for peace. They will be participating in the Post Cards for Peace program where they write notes to those who have served and are still serving in the military.
Any boys or girls who are in Guiding or Scouting are welcome to wear their uniforms this Friday, Nov.10 at our school Remembrance Day Ceremony at 10:45 am. All family members are welcome to join us. http://www.veterans.gc.ca
